Client Satisfaction to us is our number one goal, if you’re not happy we’re not happy. We provide our clients with regular IT strategy review meetings free of charge to make sure you’re getting the most from your IT service. The Directors are heavily involved in the day to day operations of the business and can often be seen working on a customer’s site and planning the next project.

We have two primary goals which are to reduce costs and increase productivity, by doing this we have received 100% customer retention and 98.2% customer satisfaction.

Reduce Costs – We do this by providing a IT support contract for a low monthly cost. As well as being specialists in small business technology which mean we complete tasks quicker than our competitors resulting in lower cost for you.

Increase Productivity – We do this by delivering high availability solutions, if your IT system isn’t up and running then you’re not working. We also make sure our systems are able to be accessed from anywhere and from any device, we believe your email and documents should be available to you were ever you are and whatever you’re doing.
